Disability Awareness Training. Ali presented disability awareness training for security staff and other customer facing staff at The O2 whilst I was Head of Security. The O2 is the most successful music and live entertainment venue in the world and we take our customer service very seriously and were really impressed with this insightful course. There was a good balance of interactivity and education delivered in a warm, enthusiastic manner by a subject matter expert. Ali managed the delegates, who had varying degrees of understanding relating to disability, really well and tailored the session to our venue. She had a thorough knowledge of the subject matter and we attained great value. Richard Latham, Head of Security, O2
Global Diversity & Inclusion Training. Ali Hendry led and produced all the work on a large and complicated training project for the entire Army. With a training population of over 100, 000 she had to design, deliver and assure the quality of a £1M plus training programme. She undertook the in-depth research with exceptional insight and designed an interactive, stimulating and engaging set of events and sessions. She steered the programme through several years of delivery and her constant and contemporary development kept it at the forefront of thinking on the issue and the ways of communicating with everyone from senior leaders to the newest joiners. She had a large team of facilitators as well as delivery groups and had to run a continuous improvement project to assure quality and successful output. Her skill, enthusiasm and ability shone through and everything she did was characterised by originality, empathy and professionalism. Everyone learnt a lot from her input and found working with her a great pleasure as well as hugely rewarding. Mark Abraham OBE, British Army

Wellness Industry Diversity & Inclusion Training. I had the opportunity to engage with Ali on behalf of Sensitivita during a 90-minute coaching session on diversity and inclusion. Ali was very knowledgeable and delivered her coaching in a digestible and captivating way which was easy to comprehend. She really helped me to broaden my understanding of this topic and helped me to establish some new tools and outlooks that we can practically apply to our work at Sensitivita. It was such a pleasure to learn with Ali and I am very much looking forward to the next time! Thank you. Elliott Potts, Creative Director, Sensitivita

TALKS: WORK/LIFE/LOVE
Inclusive Leadership Talk. Ali delivered a powerful session for We Create Space’s Queer Leadership 101 series. She has a thorough work ethic and delivered what was needed ahead of time. As a facilitator, she delved into the topic in a thoughtful and grounded manner whilst keeping excellent rapport and interaction with our audience throughout. I would also strongly recommend her as an interviewer and conversationalist for discussions which centre inclusive and empathetic leadership. Maylis Djikalou, We Create Space

RECOMMENDATIONS
Diversity & Inclusion Training. Ali worked with me and my organisation to design and run a programme of training on diversity and valuing difference. The approach was creative, fun and thought provoking – feedback from staff was excellent (including “the best diversity training I’ve ever been on”). Ali was great to work with, she has a fantastic sense of humour and a real understanding but pragmatic approach to the subject and her work. If you want something different then I would recommend Ali. Giselle Lockett, NHS Institute for Innovation and Improvement
Diversity & Inclusion Training. Ali facilitated the sessions in a very professional manner, teasing information out of staff who were not forthcoming with participating in the sessions. She has a distinctive style which is personable, fun and makes you want to attend her sessions. Vivienne Aiyela, OD Team, NHS South East
Coach Mentoring. Ali is a highly skilled coach and mentor. I had the very good fortune of being mentored by Ali while starting work delivering Inclusive Leadership training for an organisation working with the MOD. I felt supported and guided every step of the way and was delivering with confidence in no time. Ali made the process one which was uplifting, developmental and wonderfully human. I highly recommend Ali as a coach and mentor. Andrew Macklin, Freelance Trainer
Course Facilitator, online. We brought Ali in to run a 90 minute session at a virtual retreat for our Board Members. Ali met with us in advance to incorporate elements that targeted our needs. It was 90 minutes of customized fun and connection that was just what the group needed, and way exceeded our expectations. I would recommend this experience for anyone looking for a way to bring virtual teams together to get to know each other and grow as an impactful team. Samantha Alper Kramer, International Coaches Federation Los Angeles
Course Facilitator, in real life. Ali was a co-host and facilitator on a retreat that we ran in south Spain near Malaga. Ali was fantastic throughout! Her workshop was really engaging, inclusive and provocative; she led the room through some challenging material and took the whole room with her. She was then really open and available to support, mentor and coach guests throughout the retreat when they had challenges or things they needed to discuss and process. I was especially impressed by Ali’s energy and desire to help where she could… from the smallest to the most challenging tasks… she was present and available throughout! … (Which was a real testament to her openness and integrity!) I look forward to working with her again. Sam Hardwick, Director, Sensitivita
