Spotlight Coaching is not
- Your Spotlight Coaching Session does not have to be pure coaching (asking questions using my intuition). It can include mentoring (guidance using my experiences) and training (agreed learning objectives). We can explore combinations that work for you.
- Your Spotlight Coaching Session is not a solution to all the challenges you currently experience around this topic. It is a start, and you are messaging your mind, body, and soul that you are committed to bringing in changes.
- Your Spotlight Coaching Session is not an immediate change. Lasting change happens with commitment over time. I suggest you spread out the offerings for maximum impact. Such as:
- WEEK 1: 90-min coaching session
- WEEK 2: Work though the post session coaching summary notes
- WEEK 3: Choose from the Resources List e.g., books, podcasts
- WEEK 4: Complete Prompt Sheet
